ENG Win By 22 Runs | India vs England 3rd Test 2025 Day 5 Highlights: England End India's Fight at Lord's, Take 2-1 Series Lead

India lost four wickets in the first session and it seemed that they were dead and buried but Ravindra Jadeja produced a mighty fightback first with Jasprit Bumrah and then with Mohammed Siraj to keep India in the contest. Mohammed Siraj is absolutely distraught and he is down on his haunches and in a great show of sportsmanship, Zak Crawley and Joe Root have come over to console him.

A great Test match has come to an end with England emerging victorious! Ravindra Jadeja has to be appreciated for the valiant fight he showed with an unbeaten 61-run knock. And a word of praise for India's tail as well, as they really fought it out hard against England, keeping alive hopes of a win. On the other hand, Ben Stokes deserves all the applause there is for putting in a great shift with the ball in hand. His inspired fielding changes also made an impact and England are 2-1 up in the series. In 2019, on this very day, Ben Stokes had starred in England's World Cup win and he has recreated his heroics, with the ball this time at the same venue six years later. India now will look to bounce back in the Manchester Test, which starts from July 23.

It was a delivery outside the off-stump and Nitish Kumar Reddy got an edge with Jamie Smith doing the rest. India have lost four wickets now in the first session and it is all on Ravindra Jadeja now if they are to get the remaining 81 runs from here. England on the other hand, need just two wickets to win the Lord's Test.

From 58/4, India have been reduced to 95/7 and all eyes will be on Ravindra Jadeja now as India look to claw their way back into the contest. The remaining 98 runs won't be easy and we are in for an exciting contest here, 

OUT! Jofra Archer has struck for the second time this morning and this time, he has taken a superb one-handed catch off his own bowling to dismiss Washington Sundar! OUT! England have struck with the big wicket of KL Rahul! What a massive wicket this is in the context of the game! The right-hander was struck on his pad right in front and the only thing which could have saved him was if he had hit the ball. OUT! A massive blow for Team India with Jofra Archer castling Rishabh Pant! The fast bowler was hit for a four by Rishabh Pant earlier in the over and he had his revenge by uprooting the southpaw's off-stump.
