While the regular S10 model will feature 8GB of RAM with up to 256GB of ROM, the top-of-the-line model - S10+ could be packed with 12GB of RAM and 1TB of ROM. The screen size on the variants will also vary, the entry level model will sport 5.8-inch display whereas S10 will pack slightly bigger 6.1-inch screen.
