Fugitive Khalistani leader Amritpal Singh is still on the run. Punjab Police have now issued a lookout circular and non-bailable warrant against 'Waris Punjab De' chief. Inspector General of Police (Headquarters), Punjab Sukhchain Singh Gill said that Amritpal Singh has not been arrested yet. Punjab Police also released his pictures in different attires on March 21. As per the police, Amritpal Singh visited a gurudwara in Jalandhar and escaped on a motorcycle after changing clothes. CCTV visuals of March 18 show Amritpal Singh escaping in an SUV in Jalandhar.
