In a disturbing case of animal cruelty, a man dragged a dog after tying it to an autorickshaw in Greater Noida of Uttar Pradesh. A disturbing video of the incident went viral on social media platforms. The video showed a man dragging a dog tied to the back of an autorickshaw. Taking cognizance of the horrific clip, police registered a case and arrested the accused.
