‘Baby John’ Review: Varun Dhawan & Keethy Suresh’s Action Film Receives Mixed Reaction From Critics

Varun Dhawan stars in the lead role in 'Baby John', an action thriller directed by Kalees. The film is a remake of Atlee's 2016 Tamil film 'Theri' and features Keerthy Suresh, marking her Hindi debut, along with Wamiqa Gabbi, Zara Zyanna, and Jackie Shroff. It was released on December 25. Produced by Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios, Vipin Agnihotri Films, and A for Apple Productions, the film was first announced in July 2023, under the working title VD18. The reviews are out, and both the audience and critics have given their verdicts—some have praised it, while others did not.
