Boris Johnson Wins No-Confidence Vote, Survives Efforts To Topple Him As UK Prime Minister

On June 6, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson won a confidence vote, reported Reuters. The British PM won the vote 211 to 148. Johnson secured the support of 59 per cent of his lawmakers, reported Reuters. UK PM Boris Johnson had scored a sweeping victory in the 2019 election. PM Johnson has been under a lot of pressure after he and his staff attended parties in his Downing Street office and residence during the Covid-19 lockdown in Britain. Watch the video to know more.
