Congress Workers Release Black Balloons At AP’s Vijaywada Airport As PM Modi’s Chopper Takes Off

Four Congress workers have been arrested after they released black balloons at Vijaywada International Airport minutes after the helicopter carrying PM Narendra Modi took off. The BJP said this was a security risk to the prime minister. The AP Police however, denied any risk to PM Modi as his chopper had left some time before the incident.
