Coronavirus Cases In India Cross 1000-mark, Worldwide Death Toll Reaches 30,000 With 6.6 Lakh Cases
The march of coronavirus-caused COVID-19 continues across the globe with over six lakh confirmed cases reported as of March 29. The virus has since its discovery in December 2019, taken the lives of 30,000 people worldwide. India has as of date, has 1024 confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection with 29 deaths. The country is currently under a 21-day lockdown to contain the spread of the infection.
