Dog Attack in Meerut: Stray Dog Mauls Boy, Chews Off His Upper Lip; Angry Villagers Kill Canine

A young boy, Anas, sustained serious and disfiguring injuries after a vicious stray dog attack at Ruhasa village in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday, May 06. A video of the shocking incident, captured on a CCTV camera, shows the canine suddenly charging at Anas while he was playing outside his home. The dog pounced on the child with such force that he fell, before the stray animal chewed off his upper lip and inflicted severe scratches before fleeing. Later, angry villagers caught and killed the canine.
