In another case of an appalling lack of medical facilities in the country, a father was forced to carry body of his deceased child on his shoulders due to the unavailability of ambulance at government hospital in Bihar’s Nalanda. District Magistrate of Nalanda, Yogendra Singh said, “An inquiry will be conducted, if negligence is found, strict action will be taken.”
