Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation Election Results 2021: BJP Wins Big, Claims Victory On 41 Out Of 44 Seats

On October 5, BJP registered a landslide victory in the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation (GMC) elections 2021. BJP won 41 seats out of 44. Congress managed to win only two seats. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) managed to win only one seat. It contested on 40 seats. Over 56 per cent voter turnout was recorded in the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation elections 2021. There are a total of 44 seats across 11 wards. Congress and the BJP fielded their candidates on all the seats. Watch the video to know more.
