Kiran Gosavi, the highly controversial independent witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the cruise drugs case has been arrested in Pune. He was arrested by the Faraskhana Police Station, Pune. NCB, the anti-drugs agency, is investigating the cruise drugs case. A lookout notice was also issued against Gosavi over a cheating case in 2018. “Kiran Gosavi has been arrested in a 2018 cheating case,” Amitabh Gupta, Commissioner of Police, Pune City told ANI. Gupta added that no demand has been made by the Mumbai police or any other agency to hand over Gosavi. Gosavi, a private investigator, was present during the cruise ship raid on October 2 and later at the NCB office with Aryan Khan. His selfie and video with superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son at both places indicated that he had unlimited access to Aryan Khan. On October 24, a man named Prabhakar Sail who claimed to be Gosavi’s personal bodyguard made allegations of bribery against him. Watch the video to know more.
