On July 5, Pravesh Shukla who urinated on another man was arrested by the Madhya Pradesh police. A video of Shukla urinating on a man went viral on social media. In the video, Shukla was seen in an inebriated state, he was also smoking a cigarette while urinating on the man. The shocking act led Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan to order a case under the stringent National Security Act against Shukla.
