He said, “Everyone questioned whether India will be able to do it. 100 crore vaccine shots is an answer to all the questions.” On October 21, India administered its one billionth vaccine dose. Around three-quarters of adults in the country of 1.3 billion people have had one shot, the government said. 30 per cent of the population is fully vaccinated.
