SRH vs KKR IPL 2025 Stat Highlights: Heinrich Klaasen’s Century Powers Sunrisers Hyderabad to Dominant 110-Run Victory

Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 110 runs in IPL 2025 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on May 25.  Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and opted to bat first. After a long time, they looked the well-known Sunrisers Hyderabad, as they smashed the ball from the start courtesy Travis Head (76) and Abhishek Sharma (32). After Sunil Narine (2/42) dismissed Sharma, Heinrich Klaasen (105* off 39) came on to bat and the duo unleashed carnage on the field. Head was dismissed once again by Narine but Klaasen didn't stop and scored a sensational century to power Sunrisers to 278/3. Chasing it, Kolkata Knight Riders absolutely fell apart after the powerplay and were at 70/5 at one point of time. Harshit Rana (34) and Manish Pandey (37) stitched a partnership to take Knight Riders to a respectable 168 before getting bowled out. This is the third consecutive victory in a row for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2025, sixth overall and seventh loss for Kolkata Knight Riders. With this the campaign of both teams came to an end.
