A scary video of a toddler dangling on the roof of an apartment complex In Tamil Nadu’s. Chennai has surfaced online. The incident took place in Avadi on April 28. The video of the rescue operation of the little baby has gone viral. The video shows the baby dangling from a plastic sheet covering the roof. The video also shows people holding bedsheets and positioning themselves to form a makeshift safety net to save the baby. Then, some brave neighbours climb out of a window beneath the stranded toddler and save the baby. Watch the video to know more.
