US Carries Out Raid Against Islamic State Leader In Syria, Abu Ibrahim Al-Qurayshi Killed In Suicide Bomb Blast

On February 3, US President Joe Biden said that the leader of ISIS, Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi, had been taken off the battlefield. This was done during a raid by US forces in Syria. President Joe Biden described the death of Islamic State leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi as an act of desperate cowardice. Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi, blew himself up along with his family during a US raid in Syria.
