Jehanabad (Bihar) [India], Dec 7 (ANI): A cabinet minister of Bihar and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pramod Kumar on Friday took a jibe at state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar saying that the latter also used to call the BJP a "jumla" party earlier.
The reaction from the BJP leader came after Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RSLP) leader Upendra Kushwaha on Thursday called the BJP "Bharatiya Jumla Party" at a rally in East Champaran.
Pramod Kumar, who holds the tourism portfolio said, "Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad also used to describe the BJP as a 'jumla' party, now where Nitish Kumar is and where is Lalu Yadav?"
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had walked out of the Mahagathbandhan (gramd alliance), which also comprised the Congress, and returned to the Nationalist Democratic Alliance (NDA) last year following corruption cases lodged against Lalu Prasad's son and the then deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav.
