New Delhi, Aug 6 (PTI) Power distributor TPDDL has received the 'industry leader' award at JRD QV Award function held recently in Mumbai, said a company statement.
The award was presented recently by Ratan Tata, chairman emeritus, Tata Sons, to Tata Power-DDL chairman Praveer Sinha and chief executive and managing director Sanjay Banga.
"With this recognition, Tata Power-DDL has now joined the elite club of Tata Group companies with 650+ score, the others being Tata Steel and TCS," a TPDDL statement said.
The company was adjudged the 'Industry Leader' for crossing landmark score of 650+ in Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessment 2017, it said.
