Hyderabad, Jul 11 (PTI) Chief Justice of India Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai arrived in Hyderabad on Friday and was received by Telangana Director General of Police Jitender at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

The Telangana Police confirmed his arrival in a post on 'X'.

Justice Gavai will deliver the convocation address at NALSAR University of Law, located in Justice City near here.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Supreme Court Judge Justice P S Narasimha are also expected to attend the convocation, which will be presided over by Acting Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court, Justice Sujoy Paul.

Later in the afternoon, Justice Gavai is scheduled to deliver a lecture titled 'Constitution of India: The Contribution of Babasaheb Dr B R Ambedkar' at Osmania University.
