Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], February 6 (ANI): The General Officer Commanding of the Tiger Division honoured the sniffer dog 'Teena' a highly skilled specialist in explosive detection, according to a spokesperson from the Ministry of Defence, Jammu.
