This three-day event gathered legal professionals, mediators, and judges to enhance skills in navigating complex commercial disputes.
The program was inaugurated by Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Executive Chairman of NALSA. He was joined by distinguished guests including Justice M.M. Sundresh, Justice M.L. Mehta, and several key members from the legal community. Justice Khanna emphasized the critical role of mediation in India's legal framework, highlighting its effectiveness in fostering swift and mutually beneficial resolutions in an era of growing global commerce.
The training aimed to equip participants with advanced mediation techniques tailored to high-stakes commercial conflicts.
