Beirut, Mar 15 (AFP) The Islamic State group Friday launched three coordinated suicide attacks targeting crowds leaving their embattled last redoubt in eastern Syria, killing six people, a spokesman for the force battling the jihadists said.
"A suicide bomber hid among those fleeing and blew himself up, killing at least six of those who wanted to get out" of the last redoubt in the village of Baghouz, a spokesman for the Syrian Democratic Forces told AFP.
Two others blew themselves up near SDF positions, causing light wounds, spokesman Jiaker Ahed said. (AFP)
