The entry-level adventure model, locally produced at the TVS facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, now sits in an updated price bracket following high initial demand and strong market interest since its release.
The adventure tourer incorporates the brand signature design language, featuring an X-shaped LED headlamp, a prominent front beak, a split-seat configuration, and a tapered aluminium handlebar. BMW F 450 GS Specifications and Features
The BMW F 450 GS is constructed around a welded tubular steel frame housing a 420cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that delivers 48 hp at 8,750 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are handled by 43 mm gold-anodised upside-down KYB front forks with 180 mm of travel and an adjustable rear WAD suspension strut.
The motorcycle has a kerb weight of 178 kg, a 14-litre fuel tank capacity, and a standard seat height of 845 mm. Braking is managed by disc brakes on alloy or cross-spoke wheels equipped with ABS Pro, traction control, and multiple riding modes.
