JSW MG Motor India has expanded its electric vehicle portfolio by introducing a new entry-level 'Commute' variant for the Windsor EV. Priced at INR 1.349 million (ex-showroom), this new trim sits below the Excite variant, making the electric crossover more accessible to a broader range of buyers. While the variant is primarily positioned to cater to fleet operators and commercial segments, industry sources indicate that it remains available for private registration, offering a functional electric mobility solution at a lower price point.

The newly launched Windsor EV Commute variant maintains the fundamental design language of the model while adopting more utilitarian features to achieve its competitive pricing. The exterior retains the signature LED projector headlights and flush door handles, though it replaces the alloy wheels found on higher trims with 17-inch steel wheels.
