A spokesperson for the San Francisco Fire Department said emergency crews responded to a reported medical emergency at the hotel at 2:52AM. Paramedics assessed the situation and pronounced the individual dead at the scene. The case was then handed over to the San Francisco Police Department and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
