Bihar Civil Court Peon Exam 2026

Authorities have clarified that admit cards will not be sent by post, and candidates must download them online. Bihar Civil Court Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details
The recruitment drive was announced under Employment Notice No. 04/2022 and aims to fill 7,692 vacancies across the Bihar Civil Court system.
The total vacancies include:
- Clerk: 3,325 posts
- Stenographer: 1,562 posts
- Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer: 1,132 posts
- Peon/Orderly (Group D): 1,673 posts
Eligibility Criteria
For the Peon/Orderly (Attendant) position, candidates must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognised board. Applicants were required to be between 20 and 25 years of age as of October 2024, with age relaxation applicable for reserved categories.
According to an administrative resolution issued in March 2025, the role previously known as Peon/Orderly has been renamed Attendant [Peon (General + Orderly)] to better reflect the duties associated with the position.
