The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card online for the recruitment of Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (II), 2018. Those who have applied for the exam successfully can download the same from the official website; It must be noted that the last date to download the hall tickets is November 18, 2018. UPSC CDS exam will be conducted at 41 centres nationwide, and students without call letters will not be allowed to sit for the recruitment test. The official update released by the commission on its website reads, “Candidates should check their e-Admit Card carefully and bring discrepancies, if any, to the notice of UPSC immediately. If any applicant is not able to download his/her e-Admit Card, he/she may contact UPSC Facilitation Counter on Telephone Nos. 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 between (10.00 AM to 5.00 PM) on working day during working hours. The candidate may also send Fax message on Fax No. 011-23387310.” Earlier, the admit card for CDS II was expected on October 28. It is worth noting that the commission will not issue paper admit card to any aspirant. The students should carry three photographs along with the ID card and printout of the e-admit card to the examination centre. If the photo is not printed on the admit card, the photographs must be carried. Meanwhile, UPSC is yet to release the notification for CDS I 2019 notice, and it is expected on October 31. CDS is conducted by UPSC every year to recruit candidates to the Indian Military Academy- Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy- Ezhimala, Air Force Academy-Hyderabad and Officers' Training Academy, Chennai.
