New Delhi, July 21: Former Delhi chief minister and veteran Congress leader Sheila Dikshit's last rites will be performed today. Sheila Dikshit died on Saturday at a private hospital in the national capital following a cardiac arrest. She was 81. Her body is kept at her residence for people to pay their respects before being taken to the Congress headquarters this morning.
