Upon being confronted, the individual drew the attention of nearby citizens and regular joggers gathered at the lake premises. A review of the suspect's mobile device by bystanders allegedly revealed multiple videos of women recorded without their knowledge or permission. The individual was identified as Golden Kumar, a resident of Sarjapura Road. Following intense confrontation by local residents, Kumar reportedly apologized and pleaded for forgiveness on the spot. The local community subsequently alerted law enforcement authorities. Officers from the HSR Layout police station were called to the scene, where a formal complaint was submitted regarding the incident. A senior police officer confirmed that the victims chose not to press for an immediate First Information Report (FIR), asking police to issue a warning instead. "The complaint has been treated as a petition," the senior officer stated, noting that authorities will summon the suspect for formal questioning to investigate the context and intent behind the recordings before deciding on further legal steps.
