Four members of a family, including two young children, were killed when a speeding truck ran over their motorcycle on National Highway 44 in Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district, police said. The fatal collision occurred near the JK Tyre factory within the jurisdiction of the Noorabad police station. According to preliminary reports, the victims—a man, his wife, and their two children—were traveling toward Gwalior on a single motorcycle.

Police officials stated that the motorcycle initially lost balance after colliding with a stationary waste collection cart parked along the side of the highway. The impact caused all four riders to fall onto the active traffic lane, where a closely following truck ran over them before the driver could apply the brakes.
