Several personal belongings of Pakistani fishers were also recovered from the captured vessel.

In the past too, several Pakistani fishers have been caught while fishing in the Indian side of the creek. Given the sensitive nature of the area, even Indian fishermen are barred from catching fish in the area near the creek.
