Mumbai, August 17: With the much-talked United Nations Security Council closed-door meeting on abrogation of special provisions of Jammu and Kashmir concluded on Friday, global body suggested a 'bilateral' solution between India and Pakistan. India in its turn made it clear that in order for talks to begin with Pakistan, it will first have to 'stop terror to start talks'. The closed-door meeting was attended the representatives of the five superpowers namely China, Russia, France, United Kingdom and the United States.

Suffering from a kidney disorder, Jaitley had been admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences for over a week and is currently on life support.
