International Yoga Day will be observed throughout the world on June 21, 2019. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the UN assembly in Sept 2014 and discussed the essence of Yoga. On Dec 11, 2014, United Nations General Assembly announced that June 21 will be seen as International Yoga Day or World Yoga Day. Yoga is an ancient discipline to train the body and mind. Even some of our Bollywood actresses ditch gymming and opt for yoga to stay in shape.
