Amidst this, director Venkat Prabhu recently responded to a Twitter user who pointed out similarities between the poster of the upcoming Apple TV+ series starring Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Connelly and the 2021 Tamil sci-fi film Maanaadu, featuring STR, S J Suryah, and Kalyani Priyadarshan. Venkat Prabhu tagged the poster designer, Tuney John, in his reply to the post.
