Two students died, and a few others were trapped after the basement of a building housing a coaching centre flooded following heavy rain in Delhi’s Old Rajender Nagar area on July 27. According to the Delhi Fire Department (DFS), a call about waterlogging was received from Rau’s IAS Study Circle at about 7 pm.
