Shadab Khan's head hit the ground due to a fall and there seems to be a injury somewhere in the neck. He needed medical assistance and walked-off the field.
Big blow for Pakistan as one of their key all-rounders, Shadab Khan hit his head while fielding during the PAK vs SA ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match and had to walk-off the field to get some treatment. The injury looked pretty serious and a stretcher would have been arranged but Shadab decided to walk back on his feet. He performed with the bat previously in the match.
