Three Indian athletes competed in the Men's Shot Put F46 medal event - Sachin Khilari, Rohit Kumar and Mohammad Yasir. While Rohit Kumar recorded a 14.10 M throw and Mohammad Yasir recorded a 14.21 M throw, Sachin Khilari shined the brightest securing second place in the event. He recorded the best throw of 16.32 M in his second attempt and bagged a silver medal for India. This is India’s eighth silver and 21st overall medal at the Paris Paralympics 2024.
