Youtuber Tanner Cook may have been critically shot while recording a prank video inside Dulles Town Centre in Virginia, but he could still face charges, according to police. Cook was trying to play a prank on someone in the Virginia mall’s food court when a man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot him in the stomach and liver.
