That's It! Tilak Varma gets one trickled down the fine leg and that's the end of the match. A dismal batting performance from England and Varun Chakravarthy cleaned them up in no time. Jos Buttler remained the lone warrior. Chasing it, Sanju Samson gave India a solid start and Abhishek Sharma's blazing knock sealed the game for the hosts. India go up 1-0 in the series with visitors having a lot to think.

Abhishek Sharma has been in sensational form and he has completely dismantled Gus Atkinson once again. He has shown both his power and touch and with it India are now nearing a dominant victory. They have barely broken sweat throughout the match and it is likely to stay that way. 

Abhishek Sharma is on a roll here. He has not looked troubled at all against both pace and spin and here he has brought up his half-century in just 20 balls after depositing Jamie Overton in the stands over square leg. The match is looking to end quickly. 

Abhishek Sharma has found his rhythm and has been looking to charge at the England bowlers. Adil Rashid started his over well and made one chance but dropped it off his own bowling. Abhishek capitalised on it as he struck back-to-back sixes to Rashid. 

Oh Abhishek Sharma has joined the party. He targeted Mark Wood who was coming out of a good over and completely dismantled him all over the park taking 18 from the over. India has covered half the way and they are well on course. 

Out! Gus Atkinson comes back strong in the second over. Backs his strength of bowling the hard length and first Sanju Samson mistimes the pull in the hands of deep mid wicket and then Suryakumar Yadav gets top edge on a pull shot. India stil well ahead. Despite a quite first over, Sanju Samson has teed off pretty quickly in the second over and absolutely dismantled Gus Atkinson scalping 22 runs from his over. That's a solid start for India upfront given they are chasing only 133. 

Out! Sanju Samson nails the underarm throw at the strikers end and that will be the end of the England innings. It has been a lot of struggle for them except for Jos Buttler who has scored 50% of the team runs single handedly. Out! England's wheels are coming off here. After a sustained period of struggle, Gus Atkinson goes for a heave as he charges down the track and Axar Patel delays his release to keep it wide and have Atkinson stumped. Jos Buttler needs to pull off some miracle here. Atkinson st Samson b Axar 2(13).

Out! Another wicket falls for England. Except Jos Buttler, no batter has been able to get going. This time Jamie Overton falls. Tries to come across and loft Axar Patel over long on but miscues the connection and Nitish Kumar Reddy catches a dolly coming in from boundary. Out! Jacob Bethell's struggle ends. The pressure was going above the head and Bethell had to charge at Hardik Pandya. He gets one but not the connection. Gets holed at deep mid-wicket. England in deep trouble now although they bat deep. Jacob Bethell c Abhishek Sharma b Hardik Pandya 7(14).

Jos Buttler has been the lone fighter for England on one end while the other end has seen struggles from everyone. Jacob Bethell has just about survived in front of every India bowler he faced so far and Buttler hasn't been able to take on Varun Chakaravarthy and Ravi Bishnoi. England will need some runs to defend here. Meanwhile, Buttler completes his half-century. 

Out! It is Varun Chakaravarthy again. Now he completely bamboozles Liam Livingstone and gets a ball through to clean up his stumps. Two in one over and England are now in deep trouble now. It is a good batting pitch but their top order has not fired at all. Livingstone b Varun Chakravarthy 0(2).

Out! That's it for Harry Brook. He was not picking the direction of turn from Varun Chakaravarthy's hands and despite nailing a shot or two, he ultimately falls before him. Doesn't get the angle to work and Varun picks the big wicket. India strike once again. Brook b Varun Chakravarthy 17(14).

It has been Arshdeep Singh vs Jos Buttler so far in the powerplay for India and England. Arshdeep struck early scalping two wickets but Buttler took on Hardik Pandya and kept the scoreboard ticking for England. It has been an even contest so far and is finely poised. 

Out! Ben Duckett departs. He tried to taken on Arshdeep Singh but the left armer looks unplayable now. The ball seams away a little and Duckett gets his lofted cover drive miscued to the hands of mid-off running backward. England in early trouble. Duckett c Rinku Singh b Arshdeep Singh 4(4). With it Arshdeep Singh now has 96 wickets and with it he becomes the highest wicket taker for India in T20Is. 

Arshdeep Singh has taken only three years to smash all records in terms of T20I wickets. He is now the joint-most highest wicket taker for India in T20Is with Yuzvendra Chahal as they have 96 wickets beside their name. Arshdeep looks well and good to go for more.
