That's It! A rather easy chase for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the end. They got the start in the powerplay and then two big overs from Abhishek Sharma sealed the game for them. A little bit pressure they felt was waived off by Heinrich Klaasen and Kamindu Mendis. A clinical win from SRH and with it Lucknow Super Giants' race for IPL 2025 play-off also came to an end. 

Out! A consolation wicket for Shardul Thakur. Goes for the wide yorker. Heinrich Klaasen jams the bat but the ball gets a faint nick to carry to the hands of Rishabh Pant. Given not out initially but Pant takes DRS and Klaasen walks off. In the same over Kamindu Mendis had to walk off retired hurt as well with hamstring injury. Sunrisers Hyderabad are very close to a win here. Klaasen c Pant b Thakur 47(28).

The game was not went the way Lucknow Super Giants would have wanted it to. Even after the wickets of Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan, Heinrich Klaasen and Kamindu Mendis have kept things in control and have ran away with the game. They have a little more to go and the duo will look to close the game down. 

Out! The strike bowler Digvesh Rathi strikes again and the notebook celebration comes out again. Rathi has been part of controversies but he refuses to back down. Ishan Kishan tries to switch-hit him but missed the ball completely and gets his bails knocked over. Rathi once again brought out his celebration and kept SRH alive in game. Ishan Kishan b Digvesh Rathi 35(28).

Out! Big wicket for Lucknow Super Giants and it could not come at a better time for them. Abhishek Sharma was going for everything and he went for it once again, this time not getting the enough of it. Digvesh Rathi made him mishit to the sweeper cover and the fielder settles to take a catch. Sensational batting from Abhishek Sharma. He has looked in touch from the start of the innings and has played a fiery knock here putting Lucknow Super Giants under massive pressure. He struck Ravi Bishnoi for four sixes in one over to complete his half-century which came in just 18 balls. Rishabh Pant desperately needs a wicket here. 

Some solid batting from opener Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan as they raced to fifty runs in four overs and gave Sunrisers Hyderabad a solid start despite a wicket falling in the powerplay. The conditions are favourable for them and they have made their intent clear from the get go. Rishabh Pant will search for a wicket here. 

Out! First wicket for Lucknow Super Giants. Will O'Rourke was struggling to adjust his lines and lengths to the new conditions but he is fast and trying to take him on Atharva Taide got a top edge which flew towards the deep point fielder. The last over saw a lot of drama and events. Nitish Kumar Reddy bowls some extra deliveries, Nicholas Pooran hits a huge six, Shardul Thakur nails a ramp shot, both get out and in the last ball of the over Akash Deep deposits a six over long on to take the score over 200. 20 runs conceded by Nitish Reddy in the last over and SRH will consider they have let go some pressure in the end. Pooran run out (Ishan Kishan) 45(26) and Thakur run out (Ishan Kishan/Nitish Reddy) 4(1) and Abdul Samad b Nitish Reddy 3(6).

Out! Lucknow Super Giants have suffered a crash in the momentum they had in the innings in the first ten overs. Since the wicket of Mitchell Marsh, they have not got too many boundaries and lost some wickets. Ayush Badoni this time, tries to take on Eshan Malinga, who keeps it wide. Out! Harshal Patel makes a solid comeback in the end. Gets enough dip on the ball to beat Aiden Markram who was looking to loft him and cleans him up in the end. Good execution and some respite for SRH in the end. They still have their job cut out.  Markram b Harshal Patel 61(38).

Out! Nothing is working for Rishabh Pant. Started off with a solid pull shot after promoting himself in the batting order but gets beaten in the slower one from Eshan Malinga and the latter grabs a stunning catch. Aiden Markram sticks to one end and also completes his half-century. He has dominated spin so far. Pant c and b Eshan Malinga 7(6).

Out! Mitchell Marsh finally departs. Tries to go inside out to Harsh Dubey, doesn't get the entire of it and the ball scoops towards the backward point fielder who dives and takes a very good catch. Some relief for SRH but LSG packs a lot of power. Mitchell Marsh c Eshan Malinga b Harsh Dubey 65(39).

Another half-century for Mitchell Marsh. Just after a lean patch of a few games, Marsh is back at his very best as he has batted with comfort and dominance throughout. Started off with momentum and never let it go. 

No wickets in the powerplay and Sunrisers Hyderabad are under pressure. They have created little to no threat in the powerplay and both Aiden Markram and Mitchell Marsh have utilised the opportunity to the maximum taking them on and scoring regular boundaries. LSG have found a strong start and they will look to go big. 

No major threat from Sunrisers Hyderabad with the new ball and Lucknow Super Giants has pounced on it. Mitchell Marsh took on the attack to the captain Pat Cummins and Aiden Markram took on Harsh Dubey. Ishan Kishan missed a stumping of Markram too.
