Opting to bowl first, KKR restricted Rajasthan Royals to just 151/9 with the bowlers putting in an excellent effort. Varun Chakaravarthy took 2/17, Moeen Ali picked up 2/23 while Harshit Rana and Vaibhav Arora scalped two each as well as KKR bowlers did incredibly well, on a pitch that assisted the spinners. In the run chase, they never looked to be in any sort of trouble with Quinton de Kock showing why he was such a highly-rated T20 player. After not making much of an impact in the first game, he finishes off with 97* off 61 balls. He might not have scored a century but this innings will give him a lot of confidence heading into the upcoming matches. For Rajasthan Royals, it is a second consecutive loss and they will aim at bouncing back when they face Chennai Super Kings at the same venue on March 30. Meanwhile, KKR will be high on confidence when they take on Mumbai Indians on March 31.

Quinton de Kock has led this run chase with a brilliant half-century and KKR will look to win as quickly as possible, which will improve their Net Run Rate (NRR). Rajasthan Royals look down and out and unless there's a miraculous turn of events, they are set to lose their second game.

Quinton de Kock and Angkrish Raghuvanshi are at the crease and the two will look to build a partnership for KKR. Not many runs are left to get and KKR will look to get them as quickly as they can with Net Run Rate (NRR) in mind.
