Halfway through and South Africa have lost two wickets. Hashim Amla was the last wicket to fell. Jeevan Mendis had him bowled. Amla managed to score 65 before being dismissed. He was out of form of late and this innings will do a lot good to his confidence. Dhananjaya de Silva too struck and dismissed South African captain Faf du Plessis, he scored 88.
