Amber Heard-Johnny Depp Defamation Case: What Both Actors Said Post Verdict

On June 1, a US jury found out that both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard (Depp’s ex-wife) defamed each other. But, the seven-member jury sided Depp more strongly and awarded him $15 Million in damages. The jury also found out that Depp’s lawyer Adam Waldman had made defamatory statements against her. The jury awarded Amber Heard $2 million in damages. Heard was disappointed with the verdict. She said, “The disappointment I feel today is beyond words.” Johnny Depp, who followed the proceedings from the United Kingdom took to social media and said, “The jury gave me my life back.” Watch the video to know more.
