‘Break Rules, Face Consequences’: Delhi Police Arrest Man for Pretending To Drink Alcohol Inside Metro Train After Video Goes Viral

A 25-year-old man was arrested by the Delhi Police in connection with a viral video. In the viral video, the accused, identified as Aakash Kumar, was seen drinking what appeared to be alcohol inside a Delhi metro train. After learning about the video, police launched an inquiry, tracked down the accused and took him into custody. Following Kumar's arrest, the Delhi Police also shared a video shedding light on the action taken against him. "Eggs & "Alcohol" in the Metro? That’s not breakfast - that’s a Breach!! Break the rules, Face the consequences, Rules aren’t suggestions: They’re the law (sic)," they wrote while sharing the video. Kumar apologized for his actions and said that he had consumed a soft drink and not liquor.
