Zomato’s response to the man’s complaint is winning hearts on social media. Amit Shukla, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, also shared screenshots of his conversation with Zomato's customer care, saying that he would take up the issue with his lawyers. Zomato’s founder, Deepinder Goyal took to social media and posted a firm message.
