On April 3, a horrific incident of stray dog menace was reported from Berhampur city in Odisha. A woman rammed her scooty into a parked car to escape the attack by the stray dogs. The horrifying act was caught on CCTV camera. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. In the video, the stray dogs can be seen chasing the woman who had a child and another lady as pillions. All three of them suffered injuries.
