On April 27, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi slammed the PM Modi led central government over the power crisis in the country due to the shortage of coal. This comes as several reports claim that coal stock position at the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) supervised 173 power plants was lower than the prescribed level, reported abplive.
