Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Aug 3 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a Dalit man was allegedly set on fire by two people in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura after an argument erupted between them.
As per reports, Pardesi (victim) went to buy something at a general store, where the two men allegedly set him on fire after pouring kerosene over him.
The victim is currently undergoing treatment at a district hospital in Mathura.
"Police is investigating all aspects of the case," said Mathura Circle Officer (CO) Vinay Chauhan.
The case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the accused. (ANI)
