Pakur (Jharkhand), Oct 10 (PTI) A large quantity of explosives were recovered and two persons arrested in this connection at Kalidaspur-Dungritola village in Pakur district, police said on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off, Muffasil police station SP Shailendra Prasad Burwal said his team recovered explosives following a raid in a cattle shed, where 30 sacks of ammonium nitrate and 4,500 pieces of gelatin were kept hidden.

Police has arrested a man and his son following the seizure, Burnwal said.
